Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role. Preferred qualifications: - Experience or certification in executive or performance coaching, utilizing behavioral change toolkits to elevate team culture. - Experience carrying a quota, managing pipelines, or participating in complex B2B sales cycles to translate strategies into high-impact enablement tools. - Experience creating and delivering high-quality Go-to-Market (GTM) solutions or high-level strategic business planning. - Experience driving AI tool adoption to scale business rhythms and pitch preparation. - Experience navigating internal GTM/sales structures and understanding of the Google ecosystem.
