Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist members and visitors with inquiries and facility information - Process membership registrations, renewals, and cancellations - Handle cash transactions, payments, and maintain accurate records - Monitor facility access and ensure member safety protocols are followed - Coordinate class bookings and facility reservations - Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally - Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and common areas - Assist with promotional activities and membership drives - Support pool and fitness staff with administrative tasks as needed Required Qualifications: - Previous customer service experience preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Basic computer proficiency and cash handling experience - Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends...
