In this role, you'll: Work as part of the Aboriginal Employment Unit, delivering employment and development initiatives across Transport for NSW. This role will see you lead the design, delivery and evaluation of programs that support career growth, workforce participation and long-term employment outcomes. You will build and oversee culturally responsive programs that attract, develop and retain Aboriginal talent, while collaborating with recruitment and business teams to manage placements, support participant progression and provide pastoral care in a dynamic and purpose driven environment.
