FlexStaff is seeking a temp to perm Patient Access Representative for our client, a medical practice in Port Jefferson. There are 2 openings: Full-Time: Monday-Fri and Part-Time: Monday, Tuesday, Friday Pay Rate: $22/hr: This person is the first point of contact for patients, delivering outstanding service and support. Primary responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving patient inquiries, and ensuring a positive patient experience, while working closely with the team to meet performance goals and contribute to the overall success of the Patient Access Department. Key Responsibilities: •Patient Interaction: Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy. Address patient inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. •Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve patient concerns, including billing issues, medical inquiries, and technical support. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as needed. •Data Entry: Accurately enter patient information and interaction details into the company EMR.
