We are seeking a highly motivated and teachable Research Associate to join our Crop Health Discovery & Development team. This role supports research activities related to foliar pathogens, contributing to the development of innovative fungicide solutions. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong willingness to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative R&D environment. What You’ll Do: Design and execute laboratory and greenhouse experiments involving foliar plant pathogens, applying technical skills and independently executing established protocols. Understand and utilize microbial culture systems , which may include preparation and maintenance of live cultures, media, and experimental materials, ensuring sterile technique and scientific integrity.
