Your area of work: The Head of Real Estate holds end-to-end strategic responsibility for Deutsche Börse Group’s global workplaces, encompassing more than 30 corporate locations worldwide. In this role, you will shape the Group’s real estate strategy, ensuring that our offices reflect a modern, high-performance work environment that enables productivity, collaboration, and employee wellbeing. You will lead a global team accountable for the operational excellence, continuous improvement, and transformation of our existing locations, while driving the planning and delivery of new sites in alignment with our long-term business objectives. This includes overseeing a broad ecosystem of external partners to ensure consistent, best-in-class service quality across all regions.
