Senior UX Program Manager, Ads Research Enablement

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - 6 years of experience with program management within design or UX organizations. - Experience with UX related projects and UX design, user research, or user centered development tools and methodologies. - Experience with SQL and data analytics to build and maintain automated dashboards and data tables that track UX health metrics and program performance over time. Preferred qualifications: - 3 years of experience in program management within a UX organization. - Experience with the product development lifecycle. - Experience with user research and UX methodologies. - Experience in using SQL and data analysis. - Experience in UX analytics, including building systems to capture, track, and report UX insights and impact metrics.
