What You Will Contribute: Take customer parts orders while providing advice and information regarding customer requests and questions Provide customer support regarding: Parts, quotations, order entry, tracking of shipments, and invoicing Manage a high volume of inbound calls & emails daily to provide technical part support to customers Support Field Service Technicians in researching and quoting parts Interact with vendors to gather pric...
