This role supports the daily operations of the testing center while contributing to the broader success of online, hybrid, and self-paced online courses. The Graduate Assistant will perform computer-based and customer service-related duties in an office setting, serving as a key point of contract for students and faculty members. Typical duties may include but are not limited to proctoring exams in support of online and hybrid learning environments, ensuring testing integrity, adherence to institutional and departmental policies, and a secure, student-centered experience. The Graduate Assistant will provide exceptional customer service by assisting students, responding to inquiries via phone and email, and resolving technical or scheduling issues in a timely and professional manner.
