The Sr. Reward Analyst will support the Head of Performance, Reward & Mobility in design, delivery and continuous improvement of Glanbia’s Reward Programs. As the Senior Reward Analyst you will manage the operational delivery of our Reward strategy, programs and services, to support the achievement of Glanbia’s People and Business objectives. You will work a flexible, hybrid schedule in Chicago, IL. As a key member of the Total Reward CoE, the focus of the Senior Reward Analyst is: - Play a key role in the delivery of the annual reward cycle (salary review and STIP awards) globally in collaboration with HRBP and Digital HR colleagues - Provide an independent and responsive job evaluation and benchmarking service to HRBPs within agreed time and quality standards - Perform all reward benchmarking activities (including salary survey review, market analysis & pa...
