TITLE: Reclaim Operator C POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Reclaim Operator possesses a thorough knowledge of the Reclaim Area. Assists the Film Line Technicians as needed. Interacts with co-workers as part of a highly motivated and productive team. Responsible for the daily operation of the pelletizing reclaim system while supporting the Film line. QUALIFICATIONS: - Computing knowledge - Oral /written communication skills - Mechanical aptitude - Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. - Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
