The goals of the GM are to 1) Develop and train their coaching team, 2) Build the culture of the center through interacting with families and managing center operations, 3) Grow the membership base through proven sales strategies, and 4) Coach amazing classes while providing an exceptional membership experience. In this role you will ensure our centers are always clean, well maintained, and that all families who attend our programs receive world class customer service. This role has an eye for the details and is relentless when it comes to getting things done.
