ER Advisor

Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to provide trusted, practical and confident ER support across our business. Acting as the first point of contact for General Managers, Territory Managers and People Business Partners, you’ll play a key role in promoting fair, consistent and commercially sound employee relations practices while minimising risk. This is a hands-on role, working closely with operational leaders and the wider People Team to manage ER cases effectively, coach managers and help build confidence and capability across the business. What you’ll do: - Provide clear, pragmatic advice to managers on a wide range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and capability cases - Ensure ER cases are managed fairly, consistently and in line with employment legislation, company policies and best practice - Coach and support line managers to manage ER matters confidently and reach positive, sustainable outcomes - Build strong working relationships with People Business Partners, Territory Managers, General Managers and the wider People Team - Manage ER enquiries through the ER inbox, escalating complex or high-risk cases approp...
