About the Role We are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic III or IV to support a highly automated manufacturing operation in Mason. This role is critical to maintaining equipment reliability, reducing unplanned downtime, and supporting upcoming equipment and product changeovers. This is a hands‑on position for someone who takes ownership of the equipment they work on, learns quickly in an on‑the‑job training environment, and is comfortable working independently across shifts with limited direct supervision.
