Evaluates, supervises, documents and provides guidance in performance of staff. Minimum Qualifications: - Must successfully complete BLS, TOVA and other required training upon employment at Eastern State Hospital - Must successfully complete and maintain competencies; - Effective interpersonal communication skills, team focused care and a professional appearance/approach; - Ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care utilizing knowledge of pharmacology, psychiatric and physical disorders and cultural needs of the psychiatric patient; - Ability to delegate and supervise.
