The Core Platforms team is a diverse group of individuals across Europe and India, responsible for building MongoDB’s Enterprise Advanced product, helping our customers to run MongoDB on any type of infrastructure at global scale. Our software and services allow users to deploy fault-tolerant, globally distributed MongoDB clusters in minutes. The main focus of this department is to adapt our software to manage MongoDB clusters which are deployed in data centres or private and hybrid cloud platforms. As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you will own the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional efforts. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization from Engineering, Product, Product Design, and Field-facing teams to develop and execute against our overall product vision and business objectives, uncover solutions to technical challenges, and provide data-driven insights that power strategic decision-making.
