Job Overview: The Senior Beauty Education Specialist is a business leader and owner within Macy’s Beauty Education department, driving the strategic direction, development, and execution of industry-leading education programs. This role is responsible for creating and launching innovative training initiatives that enhance the expertise of Macy’s Beauty teams, strengthen vendor partnerships, and elevate the customer experience.
