The role sits within Group Cost & Investment team the Group Investment & Cost Partnering team are the front line into the Business Units and Platforms, who deliver the Group Change agenda. The Senior Business Partnering role provides challenge and insight and the need to demonstrate an un-questionable appetite to understand the Businesses they support. Using knowledge of the cost drivers, they clearly and concisely articulate the story behind monthly results to senior customers and drive planning and forecasting activity, providing challenge and analysis to support the accuracy and robustness of the Finance Platform’s financial plans.
