Description The position of Preschool Teacher’s Aide is appointed by and is directly responsible to the Elementary Administration in carrying out the functions and policies as defined by the Head of School and the Board of Trustees. Any individual serving in the role of Preschool Teacher’s Aide must be a sensitive and mature individual who is able to communicate and relate well to both children and adults. This person should project a professional appearance at all times and have the ability to provide stability for the program. Qualifications: - Be a good representative of CAK; refer to CAK employee handbook for professional expectations and policies - Be dependable - Verification of TBI/FBI background check - Working knowledge of the school: mission, philosophy, and day-to-day operations - Ability to work well with others, including administrators, faculty, staff, parents, students, and members of the greater CAK community - Demonstrate flexibility during the busiest parts of the year and when unexpected tasks arise - A bachelor’s degree or prior work experience in a related field preferred - Display a love for the Lord, support the mission of CAK and possess a sincere, outgoing...
