GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Reporting directly to our Branch Manager, a successful candidate will be responsible for successful strategic development of a client or a group of clients. Additional responsibilities include for relationship alignment and network penetration with key clientele. Our Key Account manager will act as a client advocate and will be expected to strongly influences both internal and external decision makers. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Creates Value Propositioning and drives solutions. Provides, documents, and reviews one strategic solution per client managed in their book of business per quarter. - Acts as main liaison between client and CWW network. - Internal and external business reviews on a monthly basis. - Develop, implement and maintain quotations - Local level relationship building, management and engagement both internally and externally. - Creates and deploys SOP to respective origin/destination points.
