Description The Texas A&M University College of Nursing seeks to fill a full-time tenured (Tenure Review Upon Hire) faculty position with an 11-month appointment and an anticipated start date of August 2026. Applicants will be considered for hte faculty titles of Associate Professor or Professor. The position will include an administrative appointment as Associate Dean for Research (ADR). We have engaged an executive search firm to conduct a national search for an energetic and innovative academic and executive leader to serve in this position. The Associate Dean for Research will be responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of a comprehensive research program for the college, ensuring mission integration across the College of Nursing, Texas A&M Health, and Texas A&M University. The Associate Dean for Research is also responsible for increasing the research productivity across tenured/tenure track and clinical faculty, pre- and post-doctoral scholars, and is administratively responsible for managing the resources of the Office of Nursing Research.
