Job Purpose As our Lead Insights & CRO , you will sit at the intersection of data analytics, user experience, and business strategy. You aren’t just looking at what happened; you’re defining what happens next. You understand the full funnel and your goal is to maximize customer lifetime value through insights. You will define data driven tangible improvements for our website & app, whether it’s based on raw data or clear outcomes of our high velocity experimentation engine.
