Build on a solid system and help take it to the next level. Estimating is where assumptions are removed, buildability is proven and margin is protected before a job ever hits site. It’s not just about producing a price. It’s about building the system that makes every estimate consistent, accurate and construction‑ready. We’re looking for a Production Systems Estimator to own and evolve the estimating engine that underpins everything we build. You’ll sit at the centre of estimating, procurement and construction, owning the integrity of Databuild, the Method of Measure and the feedback loop between estimate and reality.
