Location: 5920 W Parker Rd Suite 200 Plano, TX 75093 Position Type: PRN/As Needed: Anticipated Hours: Schedule will fall between normal operating hours of 6:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday (1-2 Saturday Shifts Required per month) The Mammography Technologist operates x-ray equipment and performs a variety of mammography-related diagnostic procedures. Individual must maintain a high degree of accuracy in positioning and exposure technique. Department/Center Highlights: - Patient-Focused Team - Cohesive and Friendly Environment - Supportive and Encouraging Atmosphere ​​​​​​​ Here is what you will need: - Texas Medical Board License - TMB - Current ARRT in Mammography certification or eligible to take advanced level exam with documentation of clinical experience. - Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology - Continuing Education: MQSA/FDA- 15 CEU’s every 3 years, 200-documented case numbers every 2 years. - Experience with diagnostic procedures such as ultrasound core and stereotactic biopsies is preferred.
