Introduction As an intern within the HR department, you will provide all-round support to our People Analytics team and Employee Engagement manager. You will gain hands-on project and change management skills, experience with People Analytics, and will learn all about senior stakeholder engagement. Your assignment: Key deliverables include: Assisting in organizing of activities, events and meetings; Update webpages, and creating presentations;: Handling questions of employees and managers; And much more. This is a Bachelor or Master internship (non-thesis) for a minimum of 4 months, 4/5 days per week. Your profile: To be a perfect fit for this assignment, you: Have a background in labor or Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Change management, Social sciences, or a related field; Are proactive, hands-on and independent;: Feel comfortable in a high-tech environment and communicating in English; Have an affinity for and experience with Data Science and analytics; Have a passion for organizational change management and stakeholder communication.
