This role encompasses a diverse set of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of the community while enhancing the resident experience. Annual Salary is $85,000 Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a passionate individual who thrives in a community-centered environment. - Manage the daily operations of the community, including maintenance, budgets, and communications with residents. - Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Plan and coordinate community events that promote engagement and interaction among residents. - Prepare and present reports to the board, including community status updates and budget proposals. - Ensure compliance with community rules, regulations, and governing documents.
