Role description: Full-time | Bretten & hybrid working To strengthen this area (GRC) in a targeted manner, we are seeking an experienced, highly trusted individual to support the Global Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance / Global Chief Compliance Officer in day-to-day operations as well as in the organizational and structural development of the GRC function. Your responsibilities: Executive & Administrative Support: - Independent administrative and organizational support of the Global Head of GRC / Global Chief Compliance Officer - Structured preparation and follow-up of meetings, decisions, and action items - Coordination of topics, tasks, and deadlines in the direct working environment of the department head - Support in the organizational management and further development of the global GRC function with the departments: Legal, Security, Risk & Compliance Operations, and Sustainability - Independent coordination and monitoring of projects and strategic initiatives within the GRC function Presentations & Reporting: - Independent conceptual and content-related development of presentations, decision papers, and structured reports to support the Global Head of GRC - Preparation o...
