Apprentice Electrician E2-E5

Job description

We are currently taking application for experienced Apprentice Electricians with ratings for E2 to E5. As Apprentice Electrician you will work under the guidance of a Journeyman level electrician assisting in the installation, alteration, addition, and/or repair of electrical systems on commercial work sites. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: - Apprentice License: MUST have an Active Texas Apprentice License, through TDLR. - Licenses/ID: Current Driver’s License and/or State ID. - Education: High School Graduate, GED or equivalent is preferred. - Experience: Requires at least 1 year of experience in the E2 classification. - Tools: MUST have basic hand tools of the trade. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Helps in securing, relocating and organizing materials, small tools, and equipment from and back to appropriate storage areas. - Keeps work area clean by collecting and disposing of scrap, excess materials, and refuse. - Keeps materials and tools clean and organized in an orderly fashion. - Assists in pulling wire, lifting, hoisting and positioning materials. - May operate less complicated hand tools and equipment under direct supervision of a Foreman or more senior electrician. - Digs tr...
