About the Role: As Financial Crime Manager, you will lead and enhance the end-to-end financial crime lifecycle, providing risk, control, and regulatory assurance. The role includes supporting uplift of financial crime management, overseeing the Retail Financial Crime COE Line 1 Assurance team, and ensuring alignment across assurance activities. You will embed best-practice risk visibility across the value chain, provide expert advice to Retail, and foster strong collaboration with Line 2. The position also drives capability uplift and delivers strategic initiatives to optimise financial crime risk in line with business objectives.
