Job Description PUBLIC SAFETY DEPUTY: NO EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING REQUIRED: $27.82 Hourly We will pay for your POST Certification Training and also pay you an hourly wage and full benefits while attending our POST Academy. This recruitment is for an academy with a tentative start date of October 5th , 2026. Job Description: The Public Safety Bureau is responsible for a wide variety of law enforcement functions across the Salt Lake Valley. Deputies transition between law enforcement and client focused community policing as situations demand.
