Job description

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in software development, including distributed systems architecture and distributed systems design. - 2 years of experience managing or leading technical teams. - Experience in software development using general-purpose programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, or C++). - Experience with LLMs including agent development, evaluation frameworks, advanced prompt engineering. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or building safe, predictable, reliable systems. - Experience in a startup environment with an ability to move with urgency, adapt to changing requirements, and do "whatever is needed" to achieve the mission. - Experience managing critical dependencies and partnerships with Google infra teams (TPU/Compute infrastructure). - Track record of building and maintaining infrastructure systems. - Ability to take ambiguous organizational problems and turn them into simple, elegant technical solutions.
