Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Mortgage Loan Closer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and ensuring the timely and accurate closing of residential mortgage loans. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mortgage documentation, compliance requirements, and closing procedures, ensuring a smooth transition from underwriting to funding. Qualifications: The hourly rate is based on location and experience ranging from $24-26 per hour.
