The role: Key Responsibilities Lead the safe planning and execution of construction activities across multiple CapEx projects. Manage contractors on site, ensuring compliance with JM policies, CDM regulations, and all statutory requirements. Review and approve RAMS, permits to work, and construction readiness documentation. Oversee construction progress, quality inspections, and completion sign‑off, including punch‑list control. Coordinate daily and weekly site meetings, toolbox talks, and contractor performance reviews. Support project delivery through construction planning, scheduling, risk management, and cost awareness.
