Quality Management Systems Lead

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Quality Management Systems (QMS) Lead to oversee and continuously improve our quality systems within a fast-paced aerospace and defense manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining compliance with industry standards, including NADCAP , and ensuring that all quality processes meet regulatory, customer, and internal requirements. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in aerospace or defense manufacturing, deep knowledge of special process controls, and hands-on experience managing audits and quality certifications. Responsibilities: Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with NADCAP , AS9100, and other applicable standards Serve as the primary point of contact for NADCAP audits , including preparation, execution, and corrective action management Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements across manufacturing operations Develop and maintain quality documentation including procedures, work instructions, and process flows Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) using...
