Aftermarket Material Planner

About this role This position is for an experienced Materials Planning and Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) professional dedicated to our Aftermarket segment. You will be responsible for the supply and demand planning process, making improvements to systems and processes to enhance the performance of the work area and team. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop financial forecasts, optimize the utilization of business resources, and ensure customer delivery expectations for replacement parts and accessories are met. This person will work onsite 7 days per week in Syracuse, NY Key Responsibilities: Purchasing & Sourcing: Manage the PO placement process and support the buying/sourcing team to ensure parts and accessories are quoted and sourced in a timely manner . Material Planning & SIOP Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for aftermarket materials planning and SIOP to guarantee timely availability of parts for customer demand. Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to confirm timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain issues or delays.
