Job Description: The Team Shift Leader plays a pivotal role in driving production performance and operational excellence within the CAM Operations team. This position is accountable for overseeing all shift-based activities—from task planning and execution to managing workflow priorities and supporting operational assignments. As a key point of coordination, the Team Shift Leader ensures timely and accurate reporting of shift KPIs and production updates to both the Group Manager and Production Manager, promoting alignment and transparency across leadership and functional teams. ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Lead daily production activities in alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements - Coordinate communication across shifts and functions, ensuring timely updates and seamless information flow - Report on production and employee performance activities to the Group Manager on a regular basis. - Monitor and report production performance , including: delays, On-Time in Full (OTIF), rerouting, first pass yield, machine downtime, and IT system metrics - Delegate and prioritize tasks to meet daily production goals while adjusting to order volume fluctuations - C...
