SUMMARY: The Director of Recovery oversees the overall success of all Substance Use Disorder programming in a manner that is consistent with RS EDEN’s mission and vision. The Director is the principal manager of all Recovery Services programming and sites, responsible for driving clinical outcomes and fiscal performance while ensuring a positive environment for participants, staff, and community stakeholders. RS EDEN specializes in serving a population with complex, multi-systemic, and multi-generational trauma. The work of recovery and healing is a critical part of our mission and our vision. It is required that the Director of Recovery will have a License in Drug and Alcohol Counseling or equivalent. Professional experience and a personal understanding of substance use disorders, and fields related to reentry, homelessness prevention, and mental health is essential.
