EU Regulatory Manger

Job description

You will lead the EMEAI Packaging Regulatory Affairs team, ensuring compliance with EU regulations and Sherwin-Williams Safety by Design standards. You will partner cross‑functionally and globally to align regulatory strategy, address customer and industry regulatory matters, monitor emerging regulations, and represent the business with industry associations and government bodies. Location: Anywhere in EMEAI: Manage and lead the EMEAI Packaging Regulatory Affairs team Interface with the Technical, Commercial, Manufacturing and Purchasing teams to develop strategy and recommendations. Interface with Global Packaging, Corporate Regulatory Affairs and IT to align objectives for maximum productivity. Develop department policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable EU laws, rules, and regulations, and the Sherwin-Williams Safety by Design development protocol. Respond to customer inquiries related to regulatory issues and develop/maintain positive relationships in the industry.
