Our people division is growing, and we are looking for an Underground Fixed Maintenance Superintendent for Goldrush. The Underground Fixed Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing the fixed maintenance activities within an underground mining environment. The role ensures the safe, efficient, and cost-effective maintenance of fixed plant and electrical equipment and infrastructure, including conveyor systems, crushers, hoists, water management, ventilation systems, backfill, shotcrete, electrical substations and distribution, fiber, communication and other essential fixed assets. This position requires a strong focus on safety, compliance with regulations, and continuous improvement in maintenance practices.
