Position Function: The Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine has an Assistant or Associate Clinical Professor for Small Animal Emergency Medicine position available, to work at the AERC in Flowood, MS. For salary grade UC, these positions are "Unclassified" and salary ranges are determined by the hiring department. Area of Specialization: Emergency Medicine/AERC Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The new faculty member will join other faculty members on the Small Animal Emergency clinical service rotation. Service responsibilities involve emergency duty, primary and secondary clinical case management, and consultation with private practitioners. Teaching responsibilities will involve clinical training for veterinary professional students, house officers and veterinary medical technology students enrolled in the academic program.
