Job description

Mission In the context of lack of personnel in Finance department, we are looking after a specialized economist that will: - Work within the accounting team regarding: accounting setup, invoice and expense reports processing, bank statement, payroll, provisions, fixed assets and small inventory, any other economic event that must be booked in accounting records. - Ensure the correct recording of all the accounting operations performed and proceed with the balance reconciliations and componence for the allocated accounts; - Ensure the registration of all reporting and accounting operations within the legal deadlines imposed - Prepare the yearly inventory file - factual-written correspondence, as well as the activities in connection to annual closing; - Prepares and submits various reports required by management, the group and authorities Activities: I – Project transversal: II- Senior Accountant – roles and responsibilities - - Contribute to and participate in the project steering committees - - Ensure the link between the CET finance team and Spain implementation team for the on-going projects and developments of the Business Central (former Navision) tool - - Effectively communica...
