Join us as Senior Manager & Certification Regimes Lead - Play a key role by leading the bank's framework for regulatory approval and certification of individuals under the Senior Manager & Certification Regimes (SMCR) and on the application of the Conduct Rules - Help safeguard the bank and its Senior Manager Function holders by advising on the allocation of individual accountabilities, delegations and effective decision-making - Make a lasting impact by ensuring SMCR processes and systems are aligned to external changes in the regulatory environment and building and developing a high-performing team What you'll do: As Senior Manager & Certification Regimes Lead, you’ll support senior management in managing the regulatory approval and certification of individuals under SMCR and the application of the Conduct Rules.
