Job Title: Junior Program Instructional Assistant Job Category: Information Technology: Time Type: Full time: Minimum Clearance Required to Start: None Employee Type: Regular: Percentage of Travel Required: None: Type of Travel: None: - * * The Opportunity: CACI is seeking a Jr. Program Instructional Assistant to join our team supporting the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), specifically within the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering in-person and virtual training pertaining to end user IT tools/technology such as ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and other administrative tools and software. The selected Candidate will research, design, develop and evaluate training courses ensuring the content, structure and follow-on assessments align with learning outcomes and objectives. As part of a larger IT Service Delivery Team, you'll coordinate with back-end support SME’s, Technicians and Engineers to ensure targeted services are promoted prior to new IT capability release.
