Compensation Data This position offers an hourly rate of $24.00 - $33.00 USD / hour commensurate to the level of degree program in which an applicant is actively enrolled. Description: Boehringer Ingelheim is currently seeking a talented and innovative Co-Op to join our Biotherapeutics Discovery department located at our Ridgefield, CT facility. The Protein Engineering Co-Op will be instrumental in driving the development, optimization, and miniaturization of established experimental protocols within our laboratory. This position is laboratory-based and requires a strong adherence to the scientific method. The Co-Op will utilize a diverse array of molecular biology techniques and automation tools to establish, validate, and refine procedures. Key responsibilities include planning and conducting experiments, analyzing data, and collaborating with team members to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the protocols.
