Description POSITION SUMMARY: The purpose of this position is to Supervise daily operations of Maintenance Leads and Technicians. Hours: Monday through Friday 6:00am – 4:00pm DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and implement procedures and best practices to coordinate maintenance tasks from their origin with Planner/Scheduler through Work Leads and ultimately to Maintenance Techs. - Follow up with Work Leads and Techs to ensure tasks are being completed in a timely and quality manner. - Identify and Implement process and/or mechanical improvements to existing equipment. - Assist with the development of Preventive Maintenance (PM) processes and schedules. - Assist with the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Assist Maintenance technicians with larger scale repairs and rebuilds. - Establish training schedule/protocol for new maintenance employees. - Assist Maintenance Manager with recruitment of new employees. - Complete all assigned work orders completely and accurately document all prudent information describing the completion of the work order. - Ensure all preventive, corrective, and breakdown work is captured in the CMMS system to ensure accurate data is av...
