About Corgi Corgi is building the first full-stack AI financial infrastructure company. We're rebuilding the $1T+ insurance industry from the ground up rather than brokering someone else's paper. We underwrite, we issue, we own the risk. Backed by Y Combinator, $108M raised, and growing faster than anyone expected. We're now standing up our own Risk Retention Groups and captive insurance companies. The Role: You will be Corgi's first in-house actuary. You'll own every actuarial deliverable across our RRG and captive pipeline: feasibility studies, reserving, rate filings, actuarial opinions, reinsurance modeling, and regulatory submissions. This is a role where you build the actuarial function from zero at a company that is launching multiple insurance entities simultaneously. If that sounds like too much, it probably is.
