Tasks: - Implementation of the global compensation strategy including roll-out in the individual countries to support the local HR managers - Execution of the general compensation processes: job evaluations, salary increases, workforce planning, bonus, etc. - Performing of ongoing data & cost effect analysis on short- and long-term incentives as well as development proposals. - Ensuring of compliance with legal requirements and industry standards. - Coordinating with HR colleagues in different countries regarding compensation review process, data validation, process improvement, off-cycle requests, etc. - Evaluation and improvement of current reward progr...
