Are you an experienced Business Services Manager or Senior Manager in public practice ready for a new challenge? Join our Townsville team and enjoy exposure to varied and complex portfolios, supporting SME businesses with all things accounting. You’ll manage a client portfolio, guiding accountants to deliver exceptional accounting and advisory services. As a senior team member, you’ll work closely with Partners in Business Advisory and our Workflow Manager to ensure smooth project distribution across the team. Your role, your contribution!: - Review complex special purpose reports, annual financial statements, tax returns and reconciliations for companies, partnerships, trusts and a range of individual businesses. - Prepare cash flows and monthly management reports for clients. - Provide strategic business advice for clients and get involved with commercial advisory projects with experienced partners. - Work closely with Adviser Support Managers and Partners to ensure work is completed accurately and in a timely manner. - Mentor and coach junior team members.
