About Us: Good Shepherd Lodge Ltd is a leading aged care provider in Mackay, operating two residential aged care facilities, Good Shepherd Lodge and Kerrisdale Gardens , comprising 280 beds across both sites. We also support over 100 Independent Living Units and provide Home Care services. We are currently seeking motivated and experienced Café Assistants to join our team and help create a welcoming café experience for residents, visitors, and staff. Position Overview: As part of our team, you will be responsible for creating a pleasant and friendly atmosphere in our on-site cafés with availability Monday to Saturday, providing exceptional customer service, preparing light refreshments, and ensuring that our café environment is clean, welcoming, and comfortable for all.
