Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice. - Handles the logistics for events & promotions, gifts pickups and Slot & Bj Tournaments set-up and breakdown. - Assists with all décor such as Balloon Columns & centerpieces - Trains, schedules and coaches event/promotion associates. - Occasional cash handling. Must receive cash handling instructions and abide by property cash handling policies and procedures. - Assists patrons in requests for assistance, services, and information in a courteous, respectful manner. Provides superior guest service to all guests. - Educates customers on upcoming promotions and events.
